Programming TX3200

Can the GME TX3200 be programmed with extra receive only channels? I have a mobile and a base station that I'd like to be able to receive my local Fire Control Centre transmissions of RFS. I'm an active member of RFS and am often out of range of our Brigade UHF CB channel 14. Need to be able to hear fire call outs via the Fire Control Centre/Repeater Network.

hello, as far as i know you need to get a 4400 or 3400, i have the program for 3200 and you cant add recieve channels to them
