No Audio coming out of Tait Orca 5020 please Help

Recently i bought a Tait Orca from E-bay a brand new with the software i bought the programing lead seperate so i started to put my own frequecies in since the radio has a range of 450-530MHz i put in my frequencies and i can hear anything at all however when i program a simplex CB frequency i can communicate I have contacted Tait they have tried to help but they cant can somebody please help me you can e-mail on konkost@dodo.com.au

Your post is a little unclear as to what your problem is.

When you say you can communicate on simplex CB, do you mean you can both transmit and receive ok?

What version of software are you using and what is the radio firmware version?

Other than simplex, what are you trying to program into the radio... duplex CB? anything else?

Are you trying to program any out-of-band freqencies?

If Tait is unable to solve your problem, what have they said the problem is?

The more info you can provide, the better your chances of finding a solution.
