TX3600 Frequency Range

Hi, Has anyone got any info on whether the Rx frequency range for a TX3600 can be changed from the standard 450 - 520 mhz down to 400 - 480 mhz. I know a standard TX3600 does work quite well on the 430 mhz amateur bands.

with runing thetx3600,program.i can open program
and change all the setings ,but go write to radio ,and push write to radio then
nothing happens

Unless you are running the latest version V1.09 software you won't get it to work on XP.
You will need Windows 98 etc.
