How do I program my TX3200

I just bought a cable to program my TX3200 and am hopefully getting the software soon from this site (thats if anyone is willing to share it with me Please send me a PM. I have the TX3400 program if anyone is interested in a swap). I have heard some people saying that you need an older computer to program it. Is this right? Why is that?

Yes you will need a computer running windows98 . I also am chasing the gme tx3200 and tx3400 programing software. Also depending on your cable, where it plugs in e.g. your printer port or serial port as i have heard alot of people have problems going through there printer port. thanks

the tx 3200 software only alows you to change simple things in the radio you cant actually add any extra riecieve channels to it like the 3400
