The IC-F4023T handset has a dealer mode region.Adjustable items are alphanumeric editing for any channel.Uppercase and lowercase text can be chosen.There is also a selection of numbers and symbols.
Receive and transmit tones for Ctcss and Dtcss can be adjusted.Wide or narrow band can be selected.I should imagine that the most convenient function is direct editing of receive and transmit frequencies.
Yes the receive plus transmit frequencies can be reconfigured directly from the numbered keypad.The channel can be inhibited.This inhibit function is depicted as an asterix * next to your channel.
