Press the hash [#] and [P0] keys both in together while powering on with the volume dial. This hash button will be clearly designated as such on the number keypad.
[PO] key is located directly under handset display.DEALER is indicated on screen.If the six digit dealer passcode has not been re-edited via the software it will be the customary default of "159357".
Enter this 159357 directly on your number keypad.SETMODE will be shown.Now press [PO] to enter the dealer set mode of handset.
If it can not be accessed this means that it has not been initially enabled via the "Maker reserved" and also enabled in the Common program within your Common Menu.
The other dealer key sequence this handset will accept is [P1] [PO] Channel down button [P3] [PO] [P2].

I can anticipate there are possibly some new owners of this handset.I will surmise that its possible you have not accessed the dealer mode maybe because of no software and OPC478 clone cable.If you are anxious to access the F4023T dealer mode kindly request your local radio dealership premises to enable it.They can not refuse as it is all about customer service.Anyway i am certain they know about the initial enabling via the "Maker Reserved" program. The final activation will be in the actual clone application.
