Greetings to all citizens and inhabitants of the frequency spectrum.I bid thee all good tidings.Something compells me to submit more illustrious content upon this domain.The RF power can be set up within the transceiver dealer set mode.There are other options.It can be configured in the cloning software.Another option would be to set it up via the "Initial Set Mode" region.Personally i do not like the 'Initial set mode' adjustment for RF power as it is fiddly.
Another choice is to have the RF power allocated to your radio panel programmable assign key.I have other functions assigned to my keys so my preference is to adjust it within the dealer mode.Press [PO] and channel up key both in together and then power on.Enter the six digit dealer passcode key sequence.Push [PO] or [P1] key to enter the dealer region.
Begin at the channel number and scroll down the dealer menu with your down arrow key.After the 'TOT OFF' item there should be an indication of 'PWR LO1' 'PWR LO2' or 'PWR HI'. To all intents and purposes these settings represent low, medium and high power.
To adjust the RF transmit power push your [P2] key. Press this [P2] to select PWR LO1, PWR LO2 or PWR HI.The selected RF level will be shown on the radio display in it's dealer set mode area.
