The DTMF codes can be set up in the dealer set mode. There is a limit of seven dtmf codes for editing.Enter your dealer area.Keep pressing [PO] or [P1] key until there is an indication of 'DTMF 1'.Push the [P3] and the dtmf number will blink. For example the '1' blinks but your text of 'DTMF' remains intact.Use channel up or down button to scroll for a dtmf channel code.
Push [P3] key to stop the digit blinking. Now press channel up or down key to begin dtmf code editing. On the first section you will see six dashes.Press [P3] to begin edit. The first dash blinks. An abstract symbol will be visible at extreme left of display.Above this abstract symbol the digit of '1' will appear.
This is an indication that you are on bank one. Each DTMF code has three banks for editing. On the first bank press channel up/down keys to scroll for a preferred letter, number or asterix.Choices will be 0123456789 A B C D * F.Your asterix represents the letter of ' E '. Push [P3] and the selected number or letter is entered automatically. Now the next dash will blink.Once again use the channel up & down keys to select a digit, letter or asterix.
Press [P3] and your chosen selection will be edited automatically.Keep repeating this procedure for dtmf code editing.Henceforth your first bank will have six dashes. The second bank has six dashes. When you finish editing 'Bank 1' the next section will be 'Bank 2'.Use the previous editing procedure for 'Bank 2'.The last area is 'Bank 3'.
There is an indication of the digit ' 3 ' in top left corner above the abstract symbol. So far two banks had six dashes for editing. Now it will be obvious that bank 3 has only four dashes for re-edit.Continue with the aforementioned edit procedures i described.
Once you have completed bank 3 it will automatically return to bank one.To exit the 'DTMF' channel code edit just press channel up or down button.Power off. Then power on to test your new dtmf codes.
