Press the [P2] [P3] keys both together.While they are both pushed in you can power on with the blue power button. Radio screen will indicate a lot of function symbols as though it is performing a brief test. Your 32 channel IC-F410 will continue to normal power on status after the display testing function has completed its operational procedure.
