To eliminate a IC-U210T "Ram Error" dilemma i would advise you seek help from your radio tech. He will dismantle your transceiver.Circuit board components will be exposed.There is something that looks like a silver tablet which will be the size of a small coin.Radio tech will de-solder this silver tablet.It will be disconnected from circuit board.He will leave it separated for a few minutes.After a certain time period the technician will re-solder the tablet.Power on transceiver and "RAM ERROR" will not be indicated on display.I do not currently own this model.Have submitted this article based upon my past experiences with an IC-U210T.
