mbradio.com.au, that should help you out a bit. And to jack it up to 25watts, go to where you set the channels frequencies graph thingo, and scroll across till you se L1, then right click there should be, L1 L2 and H, meaning low 1 low 2 and H, L1 is 1 watt i think, L2 is 5 watt, and H is 25 watt.
Cheers

with upping the power there are two controls for this, one is metioned by al_roscon but the power that each of these levels is determined in the "adjust" function of the radio. This can be accessed via the adjust programing software (cs400adj). To try and explain what it does is to say that you can have the radio set to High as described by al_roscon but it will only put out say 10w. you can make the low1 low2 and high any wattage you like between 1-25w eg low1 5w, low2 15w, high 25w or you could have it set to low1 2w, low2 5w, high 15w or you can even reverse it or mix it up so low is your hi and any combination at any wattage in that range.
To access the adjust area of the Radio you will need the cs400adj icom software but be very carefull as you can nock radio out of frequency with this software.

This is a usefull starting point when programming the 400 Pro.
However...It has been my experience after programming close to 50 of these radios that NO 2 are the same. You will have to ajust them to suit your own radio.
output:W \ A - NEW STD ADJ output:W \ A
TRANSAIR MALAGA *1
H 22\7 - 170 160- 235 47\10.4
L2 4\3 - 79 71- 177 20\ 7.6
L1 2\2 - 45 42- 87 6\ 2.7
BAL W - 100 100- 188:< these changes make for bigger
BAL RATIO - 133 133- 136 fuller audio with out the mike
MOD W - 157 167- 188 mod.
MOD RATIO - 125 127- 136 <
- 145 140- N/A selcal INH who needs it!
SQL - 120 120- 50 better RX level.
T1 - 12 0- -15
T2 - 35 34- 44

your correct warlock no 2 radios are the same and if you stuff you radio config with the adjust software you will have a hell of a time getting back with out the correct testing equipment so be carefull if you choose to try this out. Save your radio config before you start so you can at least go back to what it was.

Your right mate.
I ALWAYS take a screen shot of the default setup of a radio when using the adjustment software, just incase I need to revert to the default for that radio.
