Uniden uh012 sx

Hi guys .I have a problem with a uniden uh012 sx .It is working ok except no sound coming from the speaker .Audio chip seems ok ,speaker is ok but there seems to be something wrong with the ctcss .according to the display no ctcss is activated on any of the channels so low level audio should be coming from the volume control when the mute is turned down but the only audio is the control beeps when a front panel button is pressed and that low it is hard to hear .Would anyone have a copy of the service manual .Please advise by emailing kerincom@pacific.net.au.thanks ian wells

Thanks to all that responded .The fault turned out to be the rx 8v supply transistor in the middle of the pcb .no 8volt supply to the rx circuit .now we have sound and its working ok.
